Are you a travel agency like any other I could go to?

No. We are a travel consultancy, who specialise in organising bespoke trips based around you. No two travel experiences with us will be the same, as we look to craft your perfect trip.

How does the planning work?

Upon initial contact, we will discover your destination plans, interests, budget, and work with you every step of the way to craft your dream vacation. We will create a draft itinerary with suggestions for you to look over, and you can request any changes. There is no limit on amount of drafts – we want to ensure your perfect trip.

Can we contact you during our trip?

Of course. We are available to help you from the moment you first contact us with no time limit. If you need any extras during your trip – last minute transport, new excursions, or simply advice – we are waiting by the telephone to help.

Can you organise our flights?

We cannot issue airline tickets as some travel agencies may do. However, we can help you find the best flights for your travels.

Do you only serve the destinations on your website?

We are specialists in Italian travel, and can help you plan your travels anywhere in the country. As a UK native, Ben Messenger can help you with your travels to Great Britain. And for any other European countries, we are happy to help you as best we can, having travelled throughout the continent.

Can I make any special requests for hotels, tours, etc.?

Of course you can. This trip is about you and what you want, and so if you want to use a particular hotel or tour company, we will make that happen.

Can you organise business or corporate travel?

Yes, we are happy to book business and corporate travel for individuals and for groups, for conferences, team-building or simply for meetings. Please see our Business Travel page for more details.

Can you help organise school/college/university trips to Italy?

Yes, we are happy to work with educational institutions to help craft study trips for students of all ages, including accommodation, transport and tours/excursions of all kinds.

Can you help us plan our family reunion/honeymoon/destination wedding?

We can most certainly help with accommodation, transport and excursions and activities for your special events, though for wedding ceremonies, we can help you find a specialist destination wedding planner.

Can you organise tours/activities/excursions in any languages other than English?

Yes, we can arrange for guides and activities in a variety of languages, be it Spanish, French, Dutch or others.
